Bandon's pedestrian bridge has become the home of an evil witch.






As reported by CNN, a vagrant stoner looking for a good place to sleep & smoke pot, noticed a witch under the bridge, and took her photograph. The location is out of the wind, out of the rain, and has an ocean view to boot! The stoner is now missing and all that remains are some bones and a camera.
